Our high pressure Green Sand Moulding lines and NO BAKE are constantly busy in preparing the desired moulds.
MELTING SHOP
As an ISO 45001: 2018 Certified company, our series of induction furnaces keep producing the Molten metal by recycling thousands of tons of metal scrap everyday.
TESTING LAB
The molten metal is laboratory - tested for quality standards before pouring into the prepared moulds.
SHOT BLASTING
De-molded castings undergo eco-friendly shot blasting to remove the tough burrs and contaminents without damaging the metal.
ROBOTIC GRINDING
After shot blasting, the castings are fettled to remove excess material often formed by the moulds parting lines during the casting process when the molten metal is injected into the mould.
MACHINE SHOP
We are equipped with a full fledged machine shop to carry out machining that includes drilling and assembling where ever needed.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our quality control department thorougly carries out testing for quality, load bearing and other manufacturing intricacies before proceeding to painting lines.
PAINTING YARD (EPOXY AND POWDER COATING)
Our environment friendly painting shop, in line with UAE's green initiative, provides epoxy liquid coating and powder coating solutions to paint our access covers in any customised colours as per market demands.
